Circuit Overseer's Visit

We had a amazing visit with our circuit overseer and his wife. They were at our hall from December 24th to December the 29th. We really enjoyed their visit with our congregation. His name is Larry and her name is Provi which you may remember from past posts. They are very kind and cover the whole English circuit in Panama 9. It consists of 20 stops all over Panama and Costa Rica. He gave very encouraging talks and the meetings for service were focused on starting studies in a territory that is different and difficult to reach ones hearts. They think they have there "Paradise" and do not wish to be bothered by Jehovah's Witnesses. We were able to feed his wife and him and that was great, also they helped us see what kind of "need" is actually here in Boquete. We have a lot of things to pray about. It feels as if that is all we have done the last 3 months. Something exciting happened on the Sunday of their visit: My return visit showed up with her sister and two nieces! Marila is the ladies name and she speaks English, however her sister does not and her two nieces are in a bilingual school, but seriously Dylan and Danielle know more Spanish than they do English. It was very encouraging and afterwards we went to the park and let the kids play. The sister really would like to come again but only in Spanish and Marila wants me to come by to go over the GNFG brochure. Yay!!
